Irena Blühová is with Albert Hennig, Erich Comeriner and Judit Kárász considered one of the few photographers at the Bauhaus that dealt with social photography. The Slovak had begun to critically look at her fellows even before she took on her studies at the Bauhaus.

The Bauhaus Dessau Foundation delights in the addition of new works to its collection from the Grewenig Archive in Bensheim – a generous endowment comprising 24 paintings and 37 graphic works by the painter and graphic designer Leo Grewenig.
